When the Automatic Connector Assembly machine is faulty, how to check it? We summarize as: check all power sources, air sources, hydraulic sources.


Power supply, including the power supply of each equipment and the power supply of the workshop, that is, all the power sources that the equipment can touch.


Air source, including the air pressure source required for pneumatic equipment.


Hydraulic source, including the operating conditions of hydraulic pumps required by hydraulic equipment.

In 50% of the fault diagnosis questions, the faults are basically the power, air and hydraulic sources. For example, there is a problem with the power supply, including faults in the power supply of all workshops, such as low power supply, safe burning, poor contact of the power plug, etc.; the air pump or hydraulic pump is not open, the pneumatic triple or double parts are not open, and the relief valve in the hydraulic system Or some pressure valves are not opened, etc. These kinds of basic questions are usually the most common questions.

Due to the neglect of equipment maintenance personnel, the position of some sensors may be wrong, such as not in place, sensor failure, sensitivity failure, etc. Always check the sensing position and sensitivity of the sensor, and adjust the error in time. If the sensor is broken, replace it immediately. In many cases, if the power supply, air supply and hydraulic pressure supply are guaranteed to be correct, more problems are the fault of the sensor. Especially for magnetic induction sensors, due to long-term use, the internal grounding irons may stick to each other and cannot be separated, showing a normally closed signal, which is also a common problem of this type of sensor and can only be replaced. In addition, due to the sensation of the equipment, most of the sensors will show loose orientation after long-term use, so it is necessary to check whether the orientation of the sensor is accurate and whether it is fixed and firm during normal maintenance.

The relay is the same as the magnetic induction sensor, and the long-term use will also show the condition of grounding adhesion, so that the normal electrical circuit cannot be guaranteed and needs to be replaced. In a pneumatic or hydraulic system, the opening of the throttle valve and the pressure regulating spring of the pressure valve will also loosen or slide with the vibration of the equipment. These devices are the same as sensors, and they are all parts that require routine maintenance in the device. Therefore, in daily work, these devices must be carefully checked.

If the above three steps do not find any doubts, then check all the loops. Check whether the wires in the circuit are open circuited, especially whether the wires in the wire groove are cut by the wire groove due to pulling. Check the trachea for damaging creases. Check if the hydraulic hose is blocked.

When checking the circuit in this step, you should use the necessary multimeter, switch to the buzzer gear, and check the path status of the circuit. If the trachea is severely creased, replace it immediately. The hydraulic oil line is the same to be replaced.


After ensuring that the above process is correct, the fault may appear in the controller, but it may never be a program problem! First of all, don't be sure that the controller is damaged, as long as there is no serious short circuit, the controller has short circuit protection inside, and a normal short circuit will not destroy the controller.


First, check whether there is a device with high frequency interference near the controller. If there is, remove it immediately. If it is outdoors, strong lightning may also cause the controller to fail to work properly for a moment. At this point, remove all possible interfering devices first, then restart the controller.
Secondly, if the restart is invalid, check whether the wiring of the controller is loose or has poor contact.
Finally, if the wiring is correct. It is questionable whether it is the memory card of the PLC. Replace a new card, download the program, and check if the old memory card is faulty.
